Overview

Surrounded by lush green forests and fields, the trekking route towards Maharashtra’s Highest Peak i.e. Kalsubai Shikhar is a surreal experience for all nature lovers and trek enthusiasts. Challenging yet fun-filled, trek towards the highest summit will test your patience and offer an amazing panoramic view of several more mountain ranges like Alang, Madangad, Kulang, Ratangad (southwest), and to the south Pabhargad, Ghanchakkar & Harishchandragad. Also, attempting to climb Kalsubai - the most wish-listed mountain in the Sahyadri offers a great sense of achievement for most of the trekking enthusiasts. The peak has a temple and to visit this temple many people trek to the top. So for sake of such pilgrim trekkers government and local villagers has made the route easy and safe by putting ladders and staircase wherever necessary. So reaching the top is just a test of your stamina and not mountaineering skill. But once you reach the top then you get an absolutely uninterrupted view of the surrounding.

Meet and Greet | Departure to Kalsubai

SGNP Borivali

Pickup from Mumbai
- 10:00 PM: Report at SGNP Borivali
- 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM: Pickups from Borivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Bandra, Sion, Ghatkopar, Bhandup, and Thane.
Pickup from Pune
- 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM: Pickups from Shivaji Nagar, Nashik Patha, Bhosari, Moshi Chowk, Chakan Chowk.

Exact time schedule will be shared one day prior to the event.

Trek Day

Kalsubai Top

02:30 am: Reach base village, freshen up
03:00 am: Introduction round along with rules and start the trek
06:00 am: Reach the top and rest for sometime
06:30 am: Witness Sunrise from the top along with Tea and Breakfast
08:00 am: Start Descending
11:00 am: Reach base village and have lunch
01:30 pm: Start return journey.
06:30 pm: Adios! Back to regular city life.

Rainwear / Poncho / Waterproof jacket etc. (For monsoons)

Payment Terms Policy

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as the registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Notes

Double dose Vaccine certificate is mandatory.
Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Team TT, won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over the counter medication for temporary treatment, so do give a heads up to them if you need any medical assistance.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing a general disturbance.

Trekking has always been exciting for me. This time also I realy excited for the highest peak of Maharashtra Kalsubai Treck.
I had great experience with Team Time Travelers, its a fun-filled, adventurous and hassle free experience. I Chose to go on Kalsubai trek. And these Time Travelers guys made it memorable one. Everything was well organised and systematic, food was also good. They have experienced guides with whom trekking becomes so enjoyable.
The bus came on time at Thane, they reach us at Kalsubai base camp, we had breakfast. Then we start the treck at night 3:30 AM. The weather is best to treck in this winter season. We reached to the destination at right time 6:15 AM. This team click our photos with the Mesmerizing views. They always guide us to take a photo with this scenery. We spent 1-2 hour at top of the Kalsubai. We done Flag Hosting at the heights peak. The top of Kalsubai's peak gives an excellent view of all these forts. We reach back down at 11:30 AM and grab a quick Lunch at 12:30 PM. We reached back to Mumbai at 7 PM.
They guide and help us throughout our trek & making it most comfortable and memorable trek ever! Sourabh and Jeet are professional enough to give you a good experience on any of the treks that you go with them. Enjoyed a lot.
Would recommend everyone to experience a trip with Team Time Travelers.

I went to Kalsubai peak with time travelers for trekking. This was my first trip with such a group. We were around 16 people and it was a really good experience. They were there with us throughout the trip helping us whenever needed and guiding us properly. The pickup service was on time and they were really friendly, the way they managed the whole group was excellent.
