BRIEF ITINERARY

Day 01

Meet and Greet | Departure to Harishchandragad

Pickup from Mumbai : 07:00 AM: Report at SGNP Borivali
07:00 AM - 09:00 AM: Pickups from Borivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Bandra, Sion, Ghatkopar, Bhandup, and Thane, Biwandi bypass.

Pickup from Pune
07:00 AM - 09:00 AM: Pickups from Shivaji Nagar, Nashik Patha, Bhosari, Moshi Chowk, Chakan Chowk.

The exact schedule will be shared one day before the event.

02:30 PM - Reach Base village, freshen Up, and have Lunch.
03:00 PM - Trek begins.
05:00 PM - Will reach Harishchandreshwar Temple.
05:30 PM - Reach Kokankada and enjoy a beautiful sunset
06:30 PM - Tent Set-up and campfire
08:00 PM - Dinner.
09:00 PM - Bonfire and spend the night under the sparkling stars.
10:00 PM - Lights off!

Day 02

Taramati Peak

04:30 AM - Wake-up Call.
05:30 AM - Trek Towards Taramati Peak for Sunrise view.
06:30 AM - Reach Taramati Peak.
10:00 AM - Descend back toward Konkankada & have Breakfast.
11:00 AM - Return Journey to base village.
12:00 PM - Sightseeing & Exploring Temples and Caves
02:00 PM: Reach base village and have lunch
03:00 PM: Start Return Journey
09:00 PM: Adios! Back to the regular city life

What’s included in the trip ?

- Transportation from Mumbai - Mumbai (Pvt Non AC Jeep)
- Tent stay on triple/quad sharing basis.
- Meals as mentioned - 1 Breakfast, 1 evening snacks, 1 dinner and 1 lunch
- Trekking Expertise Charges
- Forest entry charges, permits & camping fee (if any)
- First aid kit (our guides are certified in handling first aid situations)
- All applicable taxes

What’s not included in the trip ?

- Breakfast and lunch on day 1
- Anything other than above mentioned inclusion
- Any personal expenses such as soft drinks etc.
- Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road blocks etc.
- Adventure travel or medical insurance

Payment Terms

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

GUIDELINES

Double dose Vaccine certificate is mandatory.
Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Team TT, won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over the counter medication for temporary treatment, so do give a heads up to them if you need any medical assistance.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing a general disturbance.
