Day 01

Meet & Greet | Departure for Expedition

08:00 pm: Meet the team at SGNP Main Gate, Borivali East
08:15 pm: Journey Starts, Pickup On the way
08:30 pm: Pickup from Pushpa Park, Malad
08.50 pm: Pickup from Oberoi Mall signal Bustop (After Oberoi Bridge), Goregaon
09.05 pm: Pickup from Hanuman Road bus stop (For Andheri & Vile Parle)
09.15 pm: Pickup from Kalanagar bus stop, Bandra
09.30 pm: Pickup from Sion station, (Opp to MCD/Sion Lunch Home)
09.45 pm: Pickup from Ghatkopar Highway (Bus depot corner)
10.00 pm: Pickup from Bhandup pumping (For Bhandup, Airoli and Mulund)
10.15 pm: Pickup from Teen Hath Naka - (Jai Kalika Mata Mandir), Thane
11.15 pm: Pickup from Kalyan-Bhiwandi bypass

Day 02

The Day

03:00 am: Reach Jivdhan base and start Night Trek
07:00 am: Reach the top and start Valley Crossing from Jivdhan Fort to Khadaparsi Pinnacle and then Rappelling from Khadaparsi to the Base of Jivdhan fort.
03:00 pm: Reach base have food and leave back to Mumbai.
08:00 pm: Reach Mumbai tentatively

What’s included in the trip ?

- Trekking Expertise Charges
- First aid kit (our guides are certified in handling first aid situations)
- Forest entry charges, permits & camping fee (if any)

What’s not included in the trip ?

- Anything other than above mentioned inclusion
- Any personal expenses such as soft drinks etc.
- Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road blocks etc.
- Any travel or medical insurance

Payment Terms

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as the registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

GUIDELINES

Double dose Vaccine certificate is mandatory.
Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Team TT, won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over-the-counter medication for temporary treatment, so do give a heads up to them if you need any medical assistance.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing a general disturbance.
