Rise and Shine! We have breakfast, basking in the first rays of the sun, and later head towards Chitkul.
Chitkul can be described as one of the most scenic settlements in the valley and the last inhabited village before the India-China border. This short drive from Sangla to Chitkul will be one of the most scenic drives you’ll take with plenty of opportunities to take stunning photographs. Walk around the Bapsa river and pay tribute to the Mathi Goddess at the temple in the village.

Adios Chitkul! Start the journey towards Tabo post breakfast. Tabo houses the oldest monastery. En-route visit the famous Gue village which has 500 years old mummy preserved. Paranoid? Don't worry, we got you covered ;)

Today post breakfast, we drive to some of the highest inhabited regions of the world. The highest village in Asia, Komik, which literally translates to ‘eye of a snow cock’, is situated at a height of 4513 meters.
Later, we drive to Hikkim where we visit the world’s highest post office in the world. If possible, you might even meet the post-master and hear his stories.
After sending out a postcard, we drive to Langza. Langza village is situated at an altitude of 4400 meters and belongs to the Sakyapa sect of Tibetan Buddhism.

After Breakfast visit Sightseeing at Kaza. Visit Kibber village, Kye Monastery, Dhankar Monastery. Night stay at Kaza.

Head towards one of the most scenic lakes in India, i.e., Chandra Tal also called Moon Lake. The lake is beautiful, surrounded by mountains, and is situated at an altitude of 4300 meters. Enjoy the views, get yourself clicked with the lake, and spend some leisure time. En Route we'll be stopping at Kee Monastery, which is the largest monastery in the entire Spiti Valley. We'll also be visiting Kibber, which is one of the highest motorable villages in the world, and Chicham Khas Bridge, which is the highest bridge in Asia at a height of 13,500 + ft.
Reach the campsite before sunset and if the skies are clear, wait for an amazing sunset on CB12 (Chandra Bhagha 12). Dinner and overnight stay in camps at Chandra Taal.

Distance: Kaza to Chandratal - 3 hr (96.4 km)
Drive from Chandratal Lake towards Manali. We take a quick stop at Batal for a cup of tea at a small tea shop run by a beautiful old couple. From there, we continue driving on the Kaza – Manali highway. Drive Manali via Atal Tunnel and end your breathtaking Spiti Valley sojourn. En route experience the beautiful scenic views of Kunzum pass. Reach Manali by afternoon, local sightseeing. Mall road visit in the evening. Overnight stay in Manali.

Wake up straight outta Manali!! Check out and leave for river rafting(optional), visit the Kullu shawl market. By evening leave for Chandigarh. Overnight journey to Chandigarh.

Reach Chandigarh by 4 am in the morning. Catch your train for Mumbai.
