Overview

Have you noticed a grand fort standing high upon a hill overlooking the Aamby Valley in Lonavala? That’s Koraigad and we plan to get you to the top of the fort! Koraigad is conveniently located in Lonavala, close enough to be easily accessible for one-day getaway and far enough to avoid the touristy hustle-bustle at the popular spots. The fort also houses a couple of refreshing and usually clean ponds which are a treat to the eyes. Since it is a short trek, it leaves ample time for fun activities along the way. A pit-stop on the way will provide an exquisite view of the Aamby Valley and the lake. Don’t miss it!

04:00 am: Meet the team at SGNP Main Gate, Borivali East
04:15 am: Journey Starts, Pickup On the way
04:30 am: Pickup from Pushpa Park, Malad
04.50 am: Pickup from Oberoi Mall signal Bustop (After Oberoi Bridge), Goregaon
05.05 am: Pickup from Hanuman Road bus stop (For Andheri & Vile Parle)
05.15 am: Pickup from Kalanagar bus stop, Bandra
05.30 am: Pickup from Sion station, (Opp to MCD/Sion Lunch Home)
06:15 am: Pick up at CIDCO Exhibition Centre Vashi.
06:45 am: Pick up at McDonald's, Kalamboli.
08:00 am: Reach base village and have breakfast.
08:30 am: Start ascending.
11:00 am: Reach the top and explore.
12:30 pm: Start descending.
02:30 pm: Reach base village and have lunch.
03:30 pm: Start return journey towards Mumbai.
07:30 pm: Reach Mumbai tentatively (Depending upon traffic)

Things to Carry

Valid ID proof.
Water – 2 liters Mandatory
Sports / Trekking Shoes Compulsory.
Shoulder bag / Haversack / Rucksack (No sling Bag)
Energy Powder or Glucon D powder. Snacks & Biscuits.
Full-size pants (shorts, sleeveless t-shirts not advisable)
Extra Pair of Clothes. Clean napkin or small towel.
Cap/hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, moisturizer.
Rainwear / Poncho / Waterproof jacket etc. Rains are expected, so pack your bags accordingly to save them from getting wet. (For monsoons)
Woolen clothes / Jacket / Decathlon Fleece (For winters)
Double pack your valuables/phones in plastic bags.
Please carry medicines if you need any.
Bedsheet/sleeping bag (optional) and Torch (mandate) for camping or night trek

Payment Terms Policy

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as the registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Notes

Double dose Vaccine certificate is mandatory.
Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Team TT, won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over-the-counter medication for temporary treatment, so give them a heads up if you need any medical assistance.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments, and causing a general disturbance.
